DOGS AND OTHER FRIENDS
Yes, we love dogs too, but not all owners maybe as responsible as you, or their dog as well trained, so we have some rules. We will take one dog in the holiday homes under the following conditions by prior arrangement only:-
- We do not accept large dogs or breeds thought to be dangerous.
- The dog must be over one year old.

- We try hard to provide a high standard of cleanliness. Because the next guest may suffer from asthma the dog must be well groomed and not allowed in the bedrooms.

CORONAVIRUS CLEANING
Cleanliness has always been very important to us, now we must take it to a new level to make your stay safe. We will write ahead of your visit to inform you of changes that we have made, and give you a chance to comment and adjust what you bring.
We study the industry/government cleaning protocols and have completed an online course including a risk assessment.
1. If anyone feels unwell and there is any possibility it could be the start of Covid19, please tell us immediately. Do not hide it due to embarrassment. Tell us if it starts in the week following your holiday.
2. In order to give time for droplets in the air to dissipate before cleaning starts we ask that you leave the property by 09:00hrs on the day of your departure and leave all doors and windows open. Due to the extra cleaning time entry will not be until 17:00hrs.
3. We will clean all surfaces with soap and water and then spray/wipe them with an anti virus fluid to EN 14476. A 500ml hand sanitiser dispenser will be left in the holiday home.
4. We will remove extra and non basic items from the kitchen. You are welcome to request the the return of any items you want to use. We wish to avoid cleaning items that will not be used.
5. We wash all bed linen and towels and they are then rested for a week. We will put out one pillow per guest and rest the remainder for a week. If you would like a second pillow please let us know by replying to this email so it is ready for your arrival. If you wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, and/or duvets, we will reduce the price by £5 per person.
6. We will cover the armchairs with dust sheets which will be replaced during cleaning and rested for a week.
7. We will leave a selection of guest information, brochures and maps in a bag ready for your arrival. We will collect the bag and its contents on the Wednesday morning so it is safe for the next guests. Other books, games, maps, brochures and DVDs will be removed. Please ask for anything that we maybe able to provide.
8. We will replace the recycling boxes and rest them for a week.
The changes will develop as our experience builds up and we listen to your feedback. We hope that you have a safe and happy holiday with us in these strange times. If you wish to discuss any of this please feel free to email or phone.
